Hi Tom, bet you dont remember me ? One of the last times I saw you was when you were undressed and wearing only your underwear in my lounge?? Don`t panic it was all in good taste I assure you, you were just getting changed and ready for a game of golf at Manchester Golf Club with the rest 0f the Coronation St. Golf Team. My husband is Alan Birch he was the personal security to the Coronation St. cast. We also spent time at Tim and Denise Healey`s Charity Golf weekends in Durham where we had a great time, thanks to the bottle of champagne you bought and we shared. I was the one that evening with my arm in a sling from a bad fall from my horse. I have actually followed one or two of the Coronation St. actors and actresses careers (including yours) after they had left the cast. It was great to see you in the movie `300`, it took me a few minutes to figure out who this very buff, long haired guy was who I sort of recognised and all of a sudden it came to me who it was, YOU! I also saw you just recently in `Pirate Radio` too, great job in both of them and so very glad that you are still going strong and doing so well.
Alan and I now live in Clearwater, Florida, so are not always kept up to date on the goings on on British t.v. or Coronation St., so to see you on the big screen it is a wonderful to see you so established and that you only used C.S. as a stepping stone and exspanded your repertoire.
I hope this message gets to you so you know that someone a long way away is still rooting for you and hoping you go on to bigger and better things.

With all of the actors these days, you have something that captures peoples’ admiration. It’s not just your great talent, it’s the person behind the scenes. All of your interviews are very heart warming. With all of these Hollywood hysteria, you are always yourself, so honest and almost very meek.
